Part-Time Fire Inspector
West Chester Township has an immediate need to fill a Part-Time Fire Inspector position. Working as part of a team, the West Chester Fire Department provides fire protection and emergency medical services to a community of 65,000 residents, 3,000 businesses occupying 35 square miles. Current hourly rate is $21.70/hour.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Current Ohio Firefighter certification (Level II)
Current Ohio Fire Inspector Certification
5 years of experience as a Certified Fire Safety Inspector
Preferred Qualifications:
Fire ProtectionPlanReview training
Fireworks Safety Training
Current Ohio EMT certification
Fire Investigation training and experience
Current CPR Certificate
Position is open until filled; the first review will begin on 9/25/2024. Interviews will start the week of 9/30/2024.
