Position Overview: Weston is a leading company in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, known for our innovative projects and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a Corporate Controller that is accountable for the management of the corporate financial organization. The Corporate Controller leads the development and implementation of financial management policies and controls, and the reporting of financial information, and oversees the following functions: Financial Accounting and Reporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Tax Management and Reporting Payroll Administration Banking Administration and Cash Management Location: West Chester, PA (or surrounding area) Responsibilities: Ensure financial reporting complies with GAAP Standards, bank covenants, and internal policies and procedures. Maintain a strong and effective framework of internal control and compliance over accounting and financial reporting through the development, refinement and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Prepare and manage budgets, external financial statements, and reports. Provide accounting and tax guidance and assistant to department managers and personnel on operational matters, including business organization, statutory reporting and taxation matters related to work outside of the US, and coordinate with international teams to address cross-border financial considerations. Implement process improvements and innovation within the finance function. Provide analysis, judgment, and information that supports strategic decisions and operating plans of the corporation. Advise CFO, other executive management, and board members, on items with significant or unusual financial implications, via Division/Regional Controller network, Audit Committee participation, and other means, as appropriate. Oversee annual financial statement audits and ensure completion within scheduled timelines. Provide input on independent accounting firm performance to the CFO and the Audit Committee. Ensure financial reporting and income tax compliance are performed timely and in accordance with applicable regulations. Oversee a department of 18 that support the functions listed above in position overview. These job requirements are not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus minimum 10 to 12 years related experience in the AEC industry. Master's Degree and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. Experience in or understanding of the Government Contracting Industry is a plus. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement corporate financial strategy. Sound understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles. Ability to recognize and communicate concerns and pursue resolutions and implement corrective measures Demonstrated leadership skills and broad management experience. Salary Range: $126,500-$167,600-$208,700
