Distribution Field Sales Support Associate Coordinator - West Chester, PA

Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG , a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Sales Support Associate Coordinator for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in West Chester, PA.

This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. Job Description: Distribution Field Sales Support Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Field Inventory Returns Support: Provide on-hours and on-call support to manage field inventory returns.

• System Support: Offer support for SAP, JJCC, Optimizer, Lighthouse systems.

• Primary Contact: Act as the primary point person for day-to-day business inquiries that have been escalated.

• Order Issues Evaluation: Perform routine trending on all order issues and concerns.

• Trend Investigation: Investigate all identified trends and report significant findings to management. Resolution Development: Provide appropriate resolutions for all identified trends.

• Report Management: Run key reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Perform necessary analytics and address any concerns arising from these reports.

Qualifications:

Education:

Degree Preferred: degree preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proficiency with SAP, JJCC, Optimizer, and Lighthouse.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
