Customer Service Representative

The Position :

PackSmart is a growing packaging equipment and supply company seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to bolster our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a B2B environment. Starting compensation ranges from $19 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

    Overview of the Role:

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by processing orders, tracking shipments, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating on various projects to achieve company goals.

    Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B customer service

  • Knowledge of CRM-related applications (experience with Zoho is a plus)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous

  • Exceptional attention to detail and relationship-building skills

    Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and follow up with customers on expected deliveries

  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers

  • Answer phones and address customer inquiries professionally

  • Confirm current pricing and assist with product sourcing when needed

  • Set up and train new customers on E-commerce

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on various projects
