Enviri Corporation Document Control Coordinator in West Columbia, South Carolina

• Administer the document control process in accordance with ISO-9001 and Harsco QMS process

• Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents for the Manufacturing Quality department.

• Writing, revision, and review of standard operating procedures (Quality Manual, SOP’s, work instructions, forms, drawings, customer specifications) to ensure compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and clarity

• Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents.

• Oversee the proper approval, maintenance and distribution of documents and record retention policies

• Support the efforts to ensure that the system of record is maintained with accurate and current information

• Assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed

• Perform process audits to ensure accuracy of all controlled documentation

• Create and control procedures documentation as it pertains to any new processes planned or implemented

• Assist as needed in the Change Notification process as it pertains to documentation updates

• Assist with requests for information from external customers such as completion of surveys and questionnaire, or from internal customers (inter-company)

• Participate as needed in corrective/preventive actions items and their investigations

• Interact with superiors, team members, and all departments

• Work on special projects ensuring identification, recording, tracking and archival of required documents and records.

A. Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum of 3 year’s experience OR

• Associates degree with minimum of 1-year experience

B. Experience

• One to three years of Document Control experience required (depending on education level)

• Multi-tasking document management in high volume facility

• AAR, ISO, or other national or international standards experience preferred (not required)

• Technical writing experience preferred.

C. Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.

• Ability to write, edit, and proofread business correspondence, proposals, procedural manuals, and other written material.

• Must have a high level of organization and ability to multi-task within several independent efforts.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact with all levels of the Company.

• Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment

• Time management and problem-solving skills including the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

• Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Demonstrate ability to attention to detail.
