Senior Product Manager, Finance (hybrid)

*Primary Duties and Responsibilities: *
Tandigm Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager, Finance to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product, this role is integral to aligning our financial systems and processes with the company's overall business objectives to support our growth. The Senior Product Manager, Finance will serve as a bridge between our Finance team, key stakeholders, and the engineering team, ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs and organizational goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of Tandigm's Finance product line, from conception to execution. By combining expertise in product planning with a deep understanding of financial systems, you will work to gather requirements, define the product vision, and oversee strategy. Collaboration with engineering teams will be critical to transforming ideas into practical, effective solutions. This position is pivotal in driving the success of our Finance product line by delivering innovative and efficient tools that meet both stakeholder expectations and market demands.

Essential Functions
- Strong leadership skills to drive the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams.
- Analyze Tandigm's expanding business and grow products that are scalable, configurable, and future-proofed.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships at the Vice President and Senior level and accurately translate and document high level stakeholder business requirements to more detailed user stories to Engineering.
- Assess current competitor offering and seek opportunities for differentiation.
- Drive the process of working with and prioritizes inputs from business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, internal IT stakeholders, and external partners, such as vendors, to align product and platform architectures and capabilities according to agreed goals for nonfunctional requirements.
- Document well defined requirements, acceptance criteria, user stories, mock-ups/design as the source of detailed requirements for development, Q/A and documentation.
- Create the roadmap for their product area(s) and execute on that roadmap in partnership with their business partner(s)
- Serve as the product expert and understand the business processes and user workflow.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver solutions to meet end user and market needs.
- Identify enhancements and own the product backlog.
- Support relevant sprint ceremonies in the product owner role, including sprint planning, grooming and demos.
- Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Tandigm Health's commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.
- Uses, protects, and discloses Tandigm's patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and protects Tandigm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
- Adheres to and responsible to abide by all information security policies, processes, and/or activities.
- Reports security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization to management.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Position Requirements: Education, experience and skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Product Management, Product Design or Engineering or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or experience in the Product Owner role preferred.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry and/or finance analytics.
