Entry Level Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. You will be expected to comply with all safe work practices, utilize power and hand tools effectively, and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
Skills
Blueprint reading/interpretation
Assist in installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems
Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues
Assist in installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
Use of power and hand tools
Use of measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, scales, and gauges
Work Environment
You will be working in a manufacturing and machine shop environment that is temperature controlled. It is clean, well lit, and requires you to work effectively as part of a team and take direction well.
