Job Information
We are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst with knowledge of general accounting methods and principles (IFRS & U.S. GAAP) to join our corporate accounting department. The Financial Reporting Analyst will prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist in the preparation of government and Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) surveys. This position will also assist in the preparation of quarterly and year-end footnotes. This is a team-based role which must work with a global culture of professional controllers and accountants.
Role & Responsibility
Prepare Financial Statements
Prepare consolidated financial statements and footnotes for Doosan Bobcat North America
Prepare separate financial statements and footnotes for Doosan Bobcat North America
Reporting
Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare government and Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) surveys
Support the financial planning and analysis team in the monthly trial balance submission
Provide monthly FX reports to the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax departments
Assist the Financial Reporting Manager with completing other ad-hoc reports
Job Requirement
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Experience Required: 0-5 years
Travel Required: <5%
Public accounting experience preferred
Proficient in Excel and Word
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional teamwork skills
Able to think clearly and reach well founded conclusions
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
Able to sufficiently document procedures performed for others to understand and reperform
