Job Title: CNC Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will develop robust processes for CNC and non-CNC machining centers. The position entails driving process improvements, ensuring components are manufacturable, and offering technical expertise to the production shop floor. Manufacturing support includes technical dispositions, process documentation, and manufacturing controls. Strong problem-solving skills are essential to eliminate waste and drive efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. The candidate must have strong GD&T knowledge, be proficient with CAD modeling, experienced in CNC machines and CAM software, and possess a strong background in manufacturing build instructions, process sketches, operation sheets, and problem-solving skills (RCCA). Responsibilities include updating existing CNC programs, programming new parts, developing and optimizing processes, designing work-holding fixtures, standardizing documentation, machining in-source, and supporting new programs/engineering development work.
