Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
A Machine Operator is responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery on assigned machines. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
Essential Functions:
Work from specifications to call up programs.
Load fixture boards and materials onto machines.
Ensure machines are properly set up, run (or assist with) first piece inspection.
Assure products are produced to company quality standards.
Work with the operation team to meet daily production goals.
Perform secondary and cleaning operations as needed.
Work independently in a team environment.
Hard Skills

Basic computer competency such as MS Windows, email, and word processor

Ability to problem-solve independently

Attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and production schedules
Able to act quickly and appropriately when a problem arises
