Robert Half Procurement Analyst in West Memphis, Arkansas

Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Procurement Analyst based in West Memphis, Arkansas, United States. The individual will be part of our team, focusing on streamlining our procurement processes and identifying cost-effective solutions. This role is central to our operations and will involve interacting with different departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate procurement needs and develop effective procurement strategies.

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for efficient management of procurement processes.

• Work with the Management System to ensure all procurement activities align with the company's objectives.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for data analysis, report generation, and documentation.

• Manage time effectively using 'About Time' to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to procurement activities.

• Handle materials and oversee their distribution across different departments.

• Perform various office functions as needed to support the procurement process.

• Regularly review and update procurement strategies and processes to drive efficiency. Requirements • Prior experience of 3 or more years as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions.

• Demonstrated experience with Management Systems.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites.

• Familiarity with About Time application.

• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and procedures.

• Proven ability in documentation management.

• Experience in materials handling.

• Proficiency in managing office functions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
