Walmart Senior Manager, Operations Improvement in West Memphis, Arkansas
Position Summary...
What you'll do...
At Walmart, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Operations Improvement to drive operational excellence across our retail stores. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple projects, manage content management initiatives, direct process improvements, and lead behavior change programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Role Detail:
Oversees entire general maintenance and HVAC/R maintenance for 53 facilities.
Leads 4 Sr. Mgr I - 2 General Maintenance and 2 HVAC/R. - 40 technicians
Works cross functionally with Store Managers and Market Managers on their facility services needs
60% Travel - Mostly just within the region and maybe some to Home Office
Oversee budget
Manage and evaluate workflow
Ensure tickets are being escalated properly
Works directly with different vendors and contractors

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
