Description
We are offering a part time role in the IT Software industry located in WEST MIDDLESEX, Pennsylvania, 16159-3005, United States. The role is for a Payroll Clerk, who will be responsible for providing payroll support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle payroll operations
• Utilize ADP Workforce for efficient payroll management
• Provide support to HR and finance departments, ensuring seamless payroll operations
• Collaborate with the CEO and finance department to address payroll-related inquiries and issues
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Resolve any payroll discrepancies or errors
• Handle payroll-related documentation and record-keeping diligently
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll data
• Assist in payroll-related audits when necessary.
Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Full Cycle Payroll procedures
• Experience with ADP Online for payroll processing
• Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws
• Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of IT software industry is a plus.
