Nexstar Media Group Manager III, Office in West Monroe, Louisiana
The Office Manager is an administrative and office support role with the main responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day office operations.
Management of facility vendors and contracts (janitorial, property management, beverages, snack service, etc.)
General reception duties including greeting and assisting clients/guests/team members in person and on the telephone, making everyone feel like they are part of the team
Manage guest access to the facility
Manage the company’s parking and elevator badges for new hires and current team members
Manage all the common areas (reception, kitchen, and conference rooms), ensuring the physical appearance of the office is always presentable, organized and guest ready
Sort and distribute mail and coordinate office shipments and deliveries
Assist Human Resources with various tasks; reference checks, records, reporting and projects
Oversee administrative inventory, purchasing of office supplies, and maintain office budget
Oversee office repairs and maintenance; liaise with Security and Building Management, as needed
Plan and execute events and special projects, including monthly employee appreciation events, both in the office and elsewhere, as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a fast paced, client service organization
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Position will require day-to-day multi-tasking, and well as managing multiple projects simultaneously with frequent change in direction and priority
Teamwork and customer service; enthusiastic customer service skills and ability to create positive relationships of internal and external clients
