Looking for a quick gig with great hours and NO weekends? This role is perfect for you! Earn $16/hour while working Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM—and best of all, no prior call center experience is required!

Your main responsibility will be answering inbound phone calls using a super easy, pre-written script to help customers sign up for 90 days of free identity protection. You'll collect and input customer details, assist with any questions, and provide friendly, professional service to ensure a positive experience for every caller. All calls are scripted, so you'll know exactly what to say. Plus, business casual dress means jeans, shorts, and sandals are totally acceptable!

Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls using a pre-written script to ensure smooth and professional interactions with customers.

  • Identity Protection Enrollment: Guide callers through signing up for 90 days of free identity protection, explaining benefits and post-trial charges.

  • Follow Call Scripts Precisely: Maintain a high level of consistency by sticking to the provided script during every call.

  • Customer Information Management: Accurately collect and enter customer data into the system during each call.

  • Assist with Inquiries: Respond to any questions or concerns from callers about the identity protection service or trial period.

  • Provide Friendly and Efficient Service: Uphold a positive, professional tone to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Meet Performance Standards: Complete calls efficiently and adhere to any productivity or quality guidelines set by the client.
