Our client based in the West Palm Beach area is actively seeking a motivated and personable Patient Advocate to join their rapidly expanding team. This position begins as a temporary arrangement with the potential for a permanent position. Your presence will be required on-site, adhering to a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Incentives are performance-driven and include commissions, ranging from $800 to $1,000 bi-weekly, reflecting your productive contributions. Responsibilities

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with patients over the phone to provide assistance and support.

  • Guiding and supporting enthusiastic customers through the application process, turning their interest into a seamless journey.

  • Delving into the intricate details of medical records and doctors' notes, uncovering valuable insights that pave the way for well-informed decisions.

  • Proactively reaching out to clients for reorders, skillfully navigating insurance challenges, and resolving issues of missing application information to ensure a smooth and comprehensive experience.
