Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in the recruitment lifecycle. This position encompasses strategic research initiatives, the management of recruitment data, and facilitation of candidate engagement processes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree complemented by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment.

  Essential Functions:

• Conducting in-depth market research to identify talent pools.

• Spearheading candidate sourcing strategies and job postings.

• Able to multitask and handle high recruiting volumes of 25-30 requisitions at a time

• Use various methods to source candidates for a wide range of positions, both technical and non-technical.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining responsiveness and a sense of urgency.

• Maintaining and updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and EEO compliance reports.

• Uphold a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with external organizations and academic institutions.

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Coordinating and scheduling both technical assessments and in-person interviews.

• Collaborating on the development and refinement of job descriptions.

• Ability to generate analytical recruitment reports.

• Recruit and maintain Summer Internship Program

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

• 100% on site, must be regular in attendance.

• Flexible in taking on additional duties as assigned.

• Must have valid driver's license, able to drive an automobile and be able to travel as needed.

• Must be able to sit at a work station for long periods of time and able to traverse the building.

• Must disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.
