Position Overview
Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner
Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling, and servicing all types of security transactions
Responds to customer inquiries, investigate and correct errors in accounts and statements
Respond to customer verbal and/or written inquiries, Record details about customer inquiries and help resolve complicated customer complaints
Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Familiarity with MS Office is required
Must Haves/Qualifications:
Prior Call Center/CSR Experience
Financial Services / Stock Experience preferred
Ability to understand or have the capability to learn stocks, SEC regulations, and legality around financial institutions
Ability to think on the fly/proactivity problem solve/use resources before asking management
Work Environment
Training: 100% in office, training shift will depend on the trainer’s schedule, anytime between 8a-6p
Normal Shift: 930a-6p M-F. Can move onto earlier/later shift (anywhere from 8a-8p) once cross-trained and can request shifts but will be granted based on a combo of seniority and need (preference vs. need).
After Training - Hybrid- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. flex on which days you come in. They monitor and track when you are in to ensure adherence
