Primary Purpose

The Digital Marketing Specialist is highly motivated and will primarily focus on managing our email marketing campaigns and social media channels to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, with the end goal being to generate leads. This role has a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, possess excellent communication skills and is adept at analyzing data to optimize campaign performance.

Essential Functions

  • Mange email marketing campaigns from conception to post-deployment

  • Create engaging email content, including copy, visuals, and calls-to-action (CTAs)

  • Segment email lists based on audience demographics, behaviors and preferences

  • Monitor and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates

  • Implement A/B testing to optimize email content and delivery times

  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends

  • Manage and maintain our company's presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram

  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, videos and infographics

  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives

  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement and conversion rates

  • Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes and emerging platforms

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our email subscriber list and social media following

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email and social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize email and social media campaigns for maximum impact and return

  • Continuously test and iterate on strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals

  • Perform other duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices and industry standards.
