Job Description
The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading the successful design, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions that meet the requirements of the organization and ensure the most cost-effective approach is taken. This role is also responsible for coordinating with the Infrastructure Service Operations Management Lead in demonstrating organizational resilience developing, managing, testing and overseeing robust Business Continuity plans and procedures across the America’s region. The role will support all business plan activities necessary to enable the organization to manage a crisis event as well as meet compliance requirements for Business Continuity Planning. This role will work closely with our Managed Service Provider, Solution Delivery and other IT teams to design and evolve the strategy and roadmap within their domain and deliver the architecture principles to support design and implementation.
This role also oversees technical services, including system maintenance and performance monitoring in support of the overall IT service offering. Moreover, the role collaborates with other team members and across teams in developing and defining policies and strategies for integration across IT.

Job Duties
Infrastructure Engineering
Lead the design, installation/development and sourcing of the infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the architectural vision.
Oversee the design, deployment, and management of cloud-based infrastructure, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, to support business operations.
Lead the monitoring of the operational processes and third-party service providers to ensure stable, safe and efficient IT operations.
Provide guidance in the assignment, monitoring, and management of the delivery of infrastructure services against the agreed targets.
Responsible for the overall quality of service delivered to internal users and clients and work closely with the Service Operations Manager in continuing improvement of processes.
Contribute to the planning of the overall infrastructure vision and coordinate information technology planning and execution for underpinning IT infrastructure solutions in the respective domain and/or region.
Establish and maintain a roadmap for the development and evolution of the infrastructure that is appropriate for current needs as well as for future scalability.
Operations and Maintenance
Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, data centers, cloud resources, storage systems, and other critical infrastructure components.
Lead the development of methodologies and practices to manage and plan capacity based on projected growth rate to ensure performance remains at acceptable levels.
Lead the provision of support for the applications and product teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimized impact of critical incidents.
Lead the monitoring of the operational processes and third-party service providers to ensure stable, safe and efficient IT operations.
Provide guidance in the assignment, monitoring, and management of the delivery of infrastructure services against the agreed targets.
SLAs and Performance Management
Manage relationships with key infrastructure vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Provide guidance to Infrastructure Provider Manages in third party service delivery escalation.
Work with service provider to improve levels of service availability and minimize downtime.
Continuous Improvement
Continuously monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and availability.
Identify technical improvement and innovation potentials for IT infrastructure services and oversee their implementation with external IT infrastructure service providers and internal application teams.
Drive innovative and customer-oriented development and standardization of IT infrastructure services.

Job Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or other related field (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
Minimum 7 years’ experience with designing, deploying and managing IT infrastructure.
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a staff of five or more direct reports.
Minimum 7 years' of leadership experience in global IT operations with a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, hardware, hosting services, and networks. Excellent understanding of IT processes with formal training in ITIL an advantage.
Experience managing service providers for outsourced IT infrastructure services including contract and SLA management.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, solution architecture, software engineering, business analysis, product delivery, process modelling, data modelling and systems analysis preferable.
Proven experience managing global IT teams and 3rd party vendors.
Strong experience with IT architecture and the interlinkage with infrastructure needs.
Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on delivery, responsiveness, and accountability.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $147,763.00 - $206,869.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position including: level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
