The role

Opportunities exist for experienced Condition Monitoring Technicians to carry out Vibration Analysis and Thermography requirements. Your day will include inspection/testing of fixed or mobile plant on large scale mining client sites. You will be exposed to a variety of interesting and challenging work environments.

These roles are based out of Pilbara WA mining site on FIFO flexible 8 days on / 6 days off, or even 2 weeks / 2 weeks off .

Essential Qualifications:

  • VCAT2 - Mobius or PCN Certification

Experience Required:

  • Vibration Analysis experience is essential.

  • Experience working in a condition monitoring role, e.g. using condition monitoring data to extend equipment life

Preferred but not Essential:

  • IR2 – Thermography

  • Experience with thermography, oil analysis and laser alignment

What’s needed?

Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:

  • Experience working in a condition monitoring role, e.g. using condition monitoring data to extend equipment life.

  • Minimum Level 2 Certificate for Vibration Analysis

  • Experience with thermography, oil analysis and laser alignment is preferred but not essential.
