Hyatt Food & Beverage Outlet Manager in WESTERN CAPE, South Africa
Description:
Hyatt Regency Cape Town is currently seeking an Outlet Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Cape 126 Restuarant, Pool and Bar area.
Key duties but not limited to:
Responsible for outlets performance like personnel management, beverage and foods and other services.
They monitor and make sure that there
There is smooth running of customer service area and satisfaction.
Managing of staff
Hiring and training of new staff members
Creating work schedules and assigning tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure outlets are well stocked, clean and meet all safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with banqueting when required.
Qualifications:
Qualifications and Skills Required
Diploma or equivalent in hospitality management.
2-3 years' experience as a team leader or outlet manager within in the hospitality industry.
Experience working on POS system MICROS
Stong leaderships skills
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff and other stakeholders.
Problem Solving abilities.
