Robert Half is partnering with one of our clients for a Financial Analyst position at the organization. This role will have a strong focus on budgeting and FP& A efforts. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting for the fiscal year

• Provide accurate and data based information on company's profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity

• Research and analyze financial information to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements

• Consolidate and analyze financial data, taking into account company's goals and financial standing

• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis

• Identify trends, advise company on risks and recommend actions to achieve the company's financial goals

• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends.

• Understand and adhere to all financial and accounting regulations and legislation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar position

• Comprehensive understanding of budget processes and the ability to manage and organize financial data

• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting, with a proven ability to provide accurate financial predictions

• In-depth knowledge of financial statements and their analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
