We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Mortgage - Credit Analyst Advanced with more than 6 years of experience. Located in Westerville, Ohio, this role plays a vital part in our client's Securities Based lending team. The position involves managing a specific credit portfolio, analyzing and structuring lines of credit, and providing guidance to market partners.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, structure, and price risk-grading for lines of credit, term loans, and standby letters of credit

• Manage a specific credit portfolio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Conduct regular reviews of other transactions that have an element of credit risk

• Provide guidance to market partners on client needs within the credit mandate

• Review and approve new deals, amendments, and reviews within credit authority

• Maintain familiarity with different types of investments and trades

• Work closely with securities portfolio management and maintain a good understanding of financial markets

• Ensure good organizational skills and ability to work independently in a high production and fast-paced environment

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

• Train and supervise junior team members as needed.

Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in Mortgage Banking and Loan Administration

• Proficient in using Zoom for communication and coordination purposes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent documentation and review skills, with an emphasis on quality

• Experience in supervising teams and providing guidance

• Proficiency in finance, pricing, and production-related tasks

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks and manage financial notes

• Experience in building and maintaining partnerships

• Knowledge of Asset Management, Securities, Trades, and Investments

• Familiarity with Private Banking and Portfolio Management processes

• Capable of managing and amending portfolios

• Advanced proficiency in Credit Analysis, with more than six years of experience.
