Position Summary To perform the necessary clerical duties essential to the operation of the operations department. Essential Functions responsible for printing and sorting/preparing GEO paperwork for EZ Pick, including grid preparation/maintenance Review paperwork sent by logistics and ensure that all scheduled product will meet equipment restrictions Monitor and adjust inventory as necessary monitor/respond to emails and orchestrate the building of special events and Add-ons from TDM's maintain department records of individual productivity. maintain trailer assignments ensure all POS has been labeled for proper route for delivery maintain/monitor temperatures in the chill app invoice commissary loads in VIP system for delivery properly respond to pickers and auditors when pallet ID paperwork is missing appropriately direct outside carriers when they arrive for deliveries, any LTL or a raw material delivery Assists internal and external customers by processing all dock sales for location (e.g. quick tickets, employee sales) Adheres to all company policies, standards and procedures (e.g. OSHA and safety requirements, Federal/State/Local Laws). Communicates with customers and other employees regarding requests for information; supervisor and management team regarding problems or issues. any duty deemed necessary by warehouse management to ensure business needs are being met. Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works overtime as needed to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required. Education Level High School Degree, GED or equivalent degree required Experience Years of Experience - 1-3 years of previous cashier, sales audit, settlement or other closely related experience. Computer Skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; previous VIP and VMMS experience strongly preferred. Certifications & Licenses Additional Requirements Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite; VIP; VMMS; beverage industry; general accounting practices and financial management; settlement process and procedures. Skill in: internal and external customer service. Ability to: work quickly, efficiently and independently; multi-task; be detail oriented, accurate and organized; follow-through; meet deadlines in a pressured situation; communicate effectively with other employees and develop good working relationships; adapt to change; operate a computer, copier, fax machine, coin counter and calculator; problem solve; read and write; perform basic math functions (e.g. addition, subtraction).
