Description
Robert Half is seeking a dynamic Sales Administrative Assistant with over two years of experience supporting a sales team. In this role, you will assist with purchase orders, track orders, communicate with clients, and perform various other tasks as needed. Responsibilities:
Greet agent sales teams, customers, and internal team via email, phone, and in-person courteously and promptly
Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and profitability
Respond promptly to customer questions, inquiries, and needs
Offer customer service assistance for web sales and remote showrooms
Provide customer service and sales support for one or more representative showrooms
Troubleshoot issues and determine the best path for resolution using established metrics to ensure a consistent customer service experience
Develop an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and values to customers
Cultivate strong relationships with loyal clients, fostering repeat business and customer loyalty
Requirements
•2 + years of Sales Admin Support
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
•Ability to learn quick
•Excellent communication skills
