Description
Pull open Sales Orders list daily and prioritize tasks with coordination of the Operations Manager
Review SO’s for flow down, ensuring paperwork is printed and available for orders (Certificate of Compliance, XXX, XXX, 8130-3)
Double check parts for visible damage and contact quality if questionable product for nonconformance.
Properly separate and package parts to prevent damage during the picking and transit process to the Shipping area.
Coordinate with Sales team on any Aircraft on Ground (AOG) ensuring timely delivery to the Shipping Department.
Update ERP inventory by adjusting quantities to reflect parts that were pulled.
Ensure proper location of parts by moving and adjusting part locations that are out of place or mis-assigned.
Evaluate shelf life requirements prior to sending to Shipping

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 4 years of relevant parts pulling or warehousing experience.
Basic math skills.
Computer literacy with ERP program, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience training others.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with extensive knowledge of manufacturing practices and techniques in an aerospace environment.
