The Procurement Operations Analyst II will play a key role in optimizing procurement processes and driving operational efficiency. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution, improve supplier relationships, and lead the development of best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the procurement function. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Specifically, you will:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Work closely with Strategic Sourcing and Renewals teams to streamline project execution. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of milestones.

• Process Innovation:

o Execute the Implementation of innovative procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Continuously optimize existing methodologies to drive excellence.

• Training program orchestration:

o Administer the execution of a comprehensive training program for new and existing employees to ensure proficiency in procurement engagement and processes.

• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Support:

o Provide critical support for the SRM program by monitoring supplier performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, and facilitating effective communication channels. Focus on building and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships with suppliers to maximize the value of contracts.

• Procurement Protocols and Best Practices:

o Champion the unification and improvement of procurement protocols and best practices, ensuring consistency and excellence across all procurement entities.

• Data Organization and Analysis:

o Execute the strategy to organize the analysis and preservation of procurement-related data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for internal stakeholders.

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

o Organize the documentation, and maintenance of SOPs for procurement operations to standardize and streamline workflows.

• Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

• Experience:

o 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations, strategic sourcing, or a related role.

o Proven experience in process improvement and data analysis.

o Experience in supplier relationship management and contract optimization is preferred.

• Skills and Knowledge:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

o Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).

o Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
