Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Technician Job Description:
Cronimet Specialty Metals in Wheatland PA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician. Position will be responsible for managing daily repairs and planned equipment maintenance. Job duties consist of preventive maintenance, implementation of predictive maintenance, project management, training, purchasing, stockroom inventory control and improving production efficiencies.
Our experienced team of employees has a "can-do" attitude when it comes to meeting customer needs. We are looking for a team player who will jump in and work together with supervisors and other coworkers to improve our workplace.
Job Duties:
Preferred experience but not required:
- Forklift
Required:
2-4 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer experience.
Knowledge of 3-phase 480 V industrial electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical components.
Programming and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
Welding and fabricating.
Carpentry and plumbing skills.
Familiar with OSHA and NEC standards.
Able to keep shop areas clean and organized.
Perform any and all other job-related tasks as assigned.
Must be able to lift 50+lbs as part of daily job responsibilities.
Will be required to pass a drug test prior to hire.
