Delaware North Gaming is searching for an Assistant Security Manager to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As Assistant Security Manager, you will be working to direct and oversee security operations as defined by leadership, supervising collaborative team members through planning and scheduling of work assignments and performance development. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49500 - $66800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

• Training of team members assigning department schedules, assuring all post positions are filled according to company needs, overseeing the time keeping system ensuring team members punch in and out in a timely manner, accurately document staff attendance, late arrivals and overtime

• Recover, tag, log, secure, and inventory lost and found items, attempting to locate owner, and keep an accurate and up to date log of warnings issued

• Investigate incidents, motor vehicle accidents, and medical situations

• Keep an updated log of counterfeit currency recovered and controlled substances found on the property, as well as reporting procedural violations and illegal activity

• Comply with confidentiality regulations regarding all security and administrative information

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' management experience is required, preferably in Security, Law Enforcement or related field is preferred

• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license, pass a motor vehicle records check, and drug test

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with minimum supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
