As a DSP, you will work directly with our developmentally disabled adults in their homes, supporting them in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.

Responsibilities include:
Assist residents with daily living and help them achieve their goals Provide support, instruction, and written documentation of care Promote wellbeing within the residence What We Offer:
Competitive pay: Starting rate of $16.10 - $16.70 per hour (depending on experience, location and position) and up to $18.10 - $18.70 per hour within one year, based upon completing required Growth Ladder training $2,500 - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!! Qualifications What We Require:
High School Diploma or equivalent Driver's License Required Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
