Automation Technician

$25-$29/hr+ (based on experience)
Automation Technician openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts. The starting pay is $25.50/hr, with potential increases up to $29 per hour for those with strong experience . Candidates must be able to work overtime when needed. Shift premiums are $.23 and $.28 for off shifts. The schedules are as follows: 2nd Shift 2:45pm-10:45pm, 3rd Shift 10:45pm-6:45am.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Providing oversight for sustaining operation and repair of automated equipment.
Assist product, process, and manufacturing engineers to improve operating processes, cycle times, quality, OEE, and labor utilization through automation.
Responsibilities include programming robots and troubleshooting using schematics for PLCs, Pneumatics, and Robotics.
CNC Programming using G code.

This is a fully on-site position in Whitehall, MI. This company is in the Aerospace industry, they have 10 plants and they are all very clean and organized
