Description
We are hiringa CNC Router Machine Operator.
What you will be doing as a CNC Router Machine Operator :
You can expect to cut materials to specified shapes and sizes using CNC Routers.Your responsibilities may include(but are not limited to):
Set up and operate CNC routers to cut various materials
Review set up sheets,secure materials, and mount the specified router and drill bitswhileobservingmachine operations for proper functioning.
Install machine control diskwhilemanually adjustingfeed and speed manuallyasneeded.
UtilizeDNC software to program anduse established programs for machineoperation.

Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering to coordinate machine operations
Suggest improvements in machine sequencing, feeds, speeds, and partslayout.
Tool Usage
Use hand tools(e.g.shears, ratchets, drills)for workcompletion.
Operate moving equipment for staging and other job-related functions.

What you need to be successful:
High School education, GED, or a Bronze Level WorkKeys certification isrequired.
18 monthsof routing ordirectly relatedfabrication experience, including one year of CNC Machine Operation.
Knowledge of MOO, M, and G code ishelpful.
