Role Purpose
Under FUJITSU purpose to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation, lead our customers mainly in the ASEAN region to success together with the project manager, as a system engineer to drive their business restructuring and digital transformation using your industrial knowledge and Fujitsu Cloud ERP (Production Management, Inventory Management, Purchase Management, Sales Management) for small and medium-sized manufacturing industry.
Responsible for the design, coding, testing and documenting of new and amended programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards. The provision of application maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the applications or to service delivery functions.
Key Accountabilities
Inputs to and suggests improvements to designs.
Programming and designing of software applications.
User requirement, technical specification and test documents preparation.
Program and Functional Testing, System Testing and deployment of product within scheduled timeframe.
Diagnosing issues perform bug fixes or software configuration related issues.
Ensure high quality, architectural integrity and secure implementation.
Post implementation support activities.
Monitors their own work, escalating problems and queries to higher levels to ensure timescales are met.
Contributes towards plans for own individual work items.
For routine and non-routine problems, produces high quality solutions and documentation through the use of a structured approach that may include appropriate methods, tools and testing.
Fluently presents technical information to technical audiences both orally and in writing.
Communicates issues in a timely manner.
Is able to listen and act on instructions given.
Contributes to team meetings, peer review of deliverables etc.
Adheres to corporate and local development methodologies as appropriate.
Adheres to corporate and local processes.
May have limited input to local processes.
Take ownership of their own development and training needs.
Keep abreast of technology developments within their own specialism.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
For “Senior” position, required at least 5 years’ experience in programming language (vb.net, oracle pl sql, c#.net)
Have good knowledge of server and storage (AP, DB, Azure)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, independent, creative and result-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Verbally and Written)
