What you would do as our Digital Content Specialist – B2B

We are looking for a confident and creative Digital Content Specialist – B2B Brands to use their impressive knowledge and experience to support building our consumer brand content across our online platforms to engage and inspire our audiences.

You would also:

  • Originate content plans from strategy to execution for our B2B range across digital platforms, ensuring our content across all touchpoints is strategically aligned, consumer insight driven, engaging and results driven.

  • Copywrite engaging content which is Search Engine Optimised for our web platforms and partners – working with Web Management Exec to ensure execution and delivery.

  • Drive improved consumer experiences by aligning content delivery with a robust test-learn-optimise approach aiming to step change engagement metrics.

  • Actively manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform - Akeneo - by uploading, tagging and organising digital assets. This includes hands-on creation of content, ensuring all assets are correctly classified and easily accessible for teams.

  • Act as creative guardian ensuring all content is to high standards and consistent visually and on tone of voice.

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with copywriting and content management, with great attention to detail, be process driven and thorough.

  • Has strong project management skills and proactivity – you will be supported by the wider team, but responsible for managing your day-to-day workload.

  • Has 2-3 years’ of relevant and proven experience within content planning and creation.

  • Has in depth knowledge of design software such as of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Knowledge of Akeneo would be advantageous.
