Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes. We are actively hiring Machine Packers for our manufacturing plant in Williamsburg, PA. 

Responsibilities/Daily Functions:

• Load paper onto automatic hand-fed or web envelope folding machines.
• Pack finished product.
• Inspect quality of envelopes, label cartons and report variances to key personnel.
• Check current production orders/schedules to determine daily production requirements.
• May be required to do rework on finished product.
• Clean and tidy work area during/end of shift. 
• Other duties as assigned/required. 

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED). 
• 6 months of relevant work experience in a production environment.
• Quality inspection skills and ability to measure/read a ruler.
• Basic math, verbal/written communication and computer skills. 
• Maintain a high-speed delivery output in a standing position for full shift. 
• Mental alertness: Ability to step up/reach overhead/manually feed paper into machine. 
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Exposure to arm/wrist fatigue, noise, hazardous materials (inks, solvents, glue, etc.).
• Must be able to work in hot or cold weather.

Pay/Schedule:

• $16.01/hr + shift differential $0.35/hr for night shift.
• Full-Time; day shift 7am-7pm / night shift 7pm-7am. 2 days & 2 nights required.
• Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during busy season.
• Opportunity to be promoted to a Machine Adjuster position if adequate mechanical skills are demonstrated after 90 days of successful progress based on the requirements of the position with the possibility to earn up to $21.71/hr.
