Crescent Hotels and Resorts Spa Supervisor in Williamsburg, Virginia

JOB OVERVIEW : To assist the Spa Manager in providing leadership, direction and supervision of the staff in the daily operations of the spa (including but not limited to) retail, membership, salon, fitness programs. Assists in overseeing the coordination of all guest requests, provides suggestions to budgeting, forecasting, as well as salon product inventory and ordering. Handles all group bookings and brides/bridal parties.

Job Requirements:

3-5 Years of experience in a supervisory capacity; preferably in a Spa, fitness or recreation facility.

3 years of experience working in a spa, fitness center, or recreation facility.

Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Self-starting personality with an even disposition.

Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.

Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.

Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information and resolve conflicts. Ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
