Under the direction of the Manager, Customer Careand Collection Development, this position provides coordination for the FASTips & TIPS plans which deliver customer driven lists and standing order fulfillment of books and materials.

• Responsible for the setup of customer accounts to ensure that filters and specified search parameters provide accurate and specified data sets to drive customer orders, with ongoing data analysis, testing and research to edit and update lists as necessary.
• Coordinates the delivery of the output/data lists to the customer pursuant to the prescribed deadlines.
• Processes customer orders in a timely fashion and provides customer support to ensure that all customer requirements are met, coordinating with other departments for fulfillmentof special processing as needed.
• Maintains databases of customer order details, contacts and distribution lists.
• Participate in testing efforts for internal and customer-facing software.
• Assists with other department/division projects and in cross-functional problem-solving teams as directed.
