This job posting will be used to fill multiple Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering student worker positions for the summer of 2025. Positions will assist and provide support to engineering offices throughout the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) by performing pre-engineering work as assigned and directed by the hiring supervisor. Students will gain hands-on transportation work experience. Examples of assignments may include: Construction, Design, Project Management, Bridge/Structures, Materials, Environmental Stewardship, Water Resources, Hydraulics, and Traffic. (A valid driver’s license is required for most of the positions)

Minimum Qualifications
Applicant must be an undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Civil, Construction, Environmental, Geo or Structural Engineering.
Student must be taking two or more classes per semester/quarter. Any lesser credit (class) load shall be treated as a semester/quarter off. You will be asked to complete an Educational Verification form prior to the appointment.
