What you’ll do:
The Division Manager of Nova-Tech Engineering’s Poultry Division will be instrumental in driving growth, maintaining quality, and fostering a culture of excellence within the division. This role will develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve divisional goals and objectives in alignment with the overall company mission to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats for forecasting and decision-making. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the division while leading and supporting the sales teams to drive profitability and generate growth, maintaining compliance within the poultry industry, and mitigating risk.
Other key areas include:
Lead a staff of global team members, located around the world.
Ability to develop and manage divisional budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and profitability improvement.
Drive innovation and efficiency, promote continuous improvement, and improve brand awareness.
Manage customer relationships and introduce products into new markets along with strengthening existing customer relationships through global presence.

Our location:
In 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota. Since that time, we have developed the resulting MinnWest Technology Campus into the largest privately owned technology park in the country.
Willmar, MN is a bustling community located less than two hours from Minneapolis and one hour from St. Cloud known for its lakes and vibrant entertainment.
