Patient Intake Specialist
As a Patient Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth processes for DME product placement. Your responsibilities include:
Reviewing and organizing incoming requests for DME products.
Collaborating with referral sources, patients, and caregivers to gather necessary information.
Ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of intake forms.
Coordinating with sales teams to determine the most suitable DME products for patients.
Facilitating the placement of DME orders based on patient needs and physician recommendations.
Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations.
Maintaining detailed records of patient interactions, orders, and delivery schedules.
Addressing any discrepancies or issues related to documentation promptly.
Communicating with patients and caregivers to provide information about DME products.
Monday-Friday first shift
