<p><strong>Location - Wilmette, IL</strong></p>
<p><strong>Brief Overview of Position</strong></p>
<p>Wayfair Logistics Associates are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming product and materials, ;picking, staging and moving and arranging product, from back of house to the salesfloor and/or managing, organizing and retrieving product.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Essential Functions </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The Logistics Associates will be responsible for unloading trucks and moving inventory within the Back of House operations.</li>
<li> Unload and Receive inbound furniture and other product which will require manually moving large, heavy goods</li>
<li>Use store technology to document pertinent product level information, including condition, quantity, and location of store product.</li>
<li>Monitor order management systems for all in store and online orders that will be processed in the Back of House operations</li>
<li>Work effectively with peers, leads and management</li>
<li>Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75lbs unassisted and moving product 150+ unassisted or via a team or equipment lift </li>
<li>Must be comfortable working in a warehouse/back of house environment for majority of the shift.</li>
<li> Comfortable with scanning technology</li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need </strong></p>
<p><strong>Education Qualifications</strong><br>• High School Diploma Req</p>
<p><strong>Experience Qualifications</strong><br>•Less than 1 year Retail Experience, with exposure working in back room operations Preferred <br>•Less than 1 year Experience in Distribution and Logistics is a plus.<br><br><strong>Physical Demands</strong><br>• Stationary Position - Constantly<br>• Move/Traverse - Constantly<br>• Stationary Position/Seated - Rarely<br>• Transport/Lifting & Carrying Min. of 75 lbs. - Frequently <br>• Exerting Force/Pushing Or Pulling 75 lbs. - Frequently<br>• Ascend/Descend - Frequently<br>• Balancing - Frequently<br>• Position Self/Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling - Frequently<br>• Reaching, Handling, Grasping - Frequently<br>• Feeling - Constantly <br>• Communicate/Talking& Hearing - Constantly<br>• Repetitive Motions - Constantly<br>• Coordination - Constantly</p>
