Chemours is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to join our growing Finance team! This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Finance at our Wilmington, DE location.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: ​​

  • Provide consolidated financial analysis and support for Chemours’ Executive Team (including the CFO) and Senior Director, Finance

  • Lead the company’s monthly forecasting, annual budget, and long-term financial strategy processes (i.e., across the business units and functions), covering all primary KPI’s

  • Perform and/or review ad hoc reporting and financial analyses

  • Enhance the company’s monthly cash flow forecasting process & variance analysis

  • Work closely with Treasury to assess the company’s financial projections in the context of debt covenant compliance

  • Work closely with Controllership on any key accounting or reporting matters

  • Work with the Corporate FP&A, Business Finance, and Strategy teams to prepare Executive- and Board-level presentations

  • Support quarterly and ad hoc Investor Relations inquiries

  • Identify and implement data & process refinement along with process automation

  • Maintain effective internal controls in accordance with company standards and SOX requirements

The following is required for this role:

  • Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, Or a degree with MBA

  • 10+ years of Corporate, Business Finance, and/or other relevant experience

  • A strong understanding of US GAAP accounting, SEC reporting, and financial statements

  • Ability to develop and analyze discounted cash flow financial modelSens

  • A clear demonstration of the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work outside of traditional work hours during peak periods

  • Experience in leading a team of finance professionals

  • Work well in teams with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization, including senior management

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities and Microsoft PowerPoint presentation framing and compilation

  • Familiarity with ledger systems (SAP, Business Warehouse, OneStream) and recently introduced data analysis tools (Alteryx, Power BI)

Pay Range (in local currency):

$150,528.00 - $235,200.00

Annual Bonus Target:

18%
