Founded in 1982, the Griswold franchise has grown into an award-winning pioneer in the non-medical home care industry.   Registered Nurse Home Care Supervisor Role At-A-Glance * Paid time off, including your birthday! * 401(k) retirement plans * Health, dental, and vision insurance offered * Uplifting environment where employees are valued * Have your own office, phone, and computer * Use state-of-the-art scheduling software (WellSky)   Essential Duties + Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments of clients, overseeing caregiver services. * Assess caregiver skills and provide PCA training at orientation. * Monitor client care and communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors. * Follow agency policies and procedures regarding the duties and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse. * Perform supervisory visits to assess client conditions and the quality of care provided. * Document any changes in clients’ medical conditions, respond appropriately, and evaluate client and family satisfaction with care services.   Job Requirements * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina with a minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience in patient care. * Ability to provide two references or employment verifications. * Willingness to travel locally (Mileage Reimbursement provided). * Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend intake calls * Must have no history of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or any other misconduct as verified by credible sources. * Obtain Communicable Disease Clearance, including a 2-step PPD test. * Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check.   How well do you connect with our values?
