Description The Maintenance Administrative Assistant is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency, while ensuring security, integrity and confidentiality of data. Coordinate timely and accurate support to the airline and assure compliance to FAA regulations and ABX policies and procedures. Provide invoicing and maintain Maintenance contracts. Maintain contract performance analysis/reporting. Assist in the preparation and analysis of departmental budgets. High School Diploma or GED Six (6) years experience in an office environment to include but not limited to filing, composing correspondence, accounting, data entry/analysis, etc. College level coursework may be substituted in part for experience. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and organize workload based on deadlines. Understanding and application of budgeting, budget control and basic accounting skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs to include Word and Excel Ability to work independently Ability to work under pressure and be flexible. Ability to use all office equipment to include printers, fax machines and copy machines Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, mature manner Preferred Skills: Two years lead clerical, secretarial or office administrative experience Two years in an aircraft engineering or maintenance or other aviation related environment Associate Degree in Business Administration/Management Experience with Microsoft Office program Access and Powerpoint Experience with inventory software packages Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Contract Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
