We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Co-op to join our Industrial Engineering Team for the Summer/Fall term (May-December). Apply and join our team today. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run May- December; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past December 2025.
What You Will Do:
Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run May - December (including the Fall semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).
Contribute to ongoing industrial engineering projects include process design, workflow optimization and efficiency improvements.
Assist in the documentation of currently processes to identify areas for improvement.
Support data collection efforts, including gathering, organizing and analyzing of data to generate process insights.
Help prepare reports and presentations on project status, findings and recommendations.
Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues and developing solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Process optimization techniques and tools such as 5S, Kaizen and value stream mapping
Hands-on experience in working on real-world projects and learning from industry professionals.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advance degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Self-starter with strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in AutoCAD or equivalent
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite
Strong oral and written communication skills.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
