Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a CNC Machine Operator. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience and advance in the field of industrial manufacturing. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will assist in the machining of large metal parts for production, becoming proficient in operating a 4-axis horizontal mill.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines and measure tools for precision
Assist in the machining of large metal parts
Operate 4-axis horizontal mill
Change inserts, clean, and maintain work area around the machine
Adhere to production processes in a high-output environment, producing roughly 1,200 parts a month
Monitor and manage run cycle times which vary from 1 hour to 5 minutes
Essential Skills
1-3 years of machining experience
Strong mechanical inclination
Proficiency with hand tools
Experience using calipers and micrometers
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in CNC machine operation
Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes
Familiarity with CNC mills, Kitamura, and end mills
Experience in metalworking and machine technology
