Insight Global Remote Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud in Wilsonville, Oregon

Job Description

A leading computer software company specializing in product lifecycle management is adding a Salesforce Developer Service Cloud to their team. This team is responsible for supporting internal business units with infrastructure and operations support for their end clients. This resource will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform specifically Service Cloud. The candidate will be communicating with user groups to improve platform experience.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as well as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 or above.

  • 5+ years' experience as a Software Developer, at least 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer specifically with Service Cloud.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with technical and nontechnical team members, as well as enthusiasm and interest for AI concepts.

  • Experience building flows and triggers, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components & LWC.

  • Experience leveraging REST/SOAP APIs as well as MuleSoft and Informatica middleware to integrate with other systems.

  • Familiarity with data migration practices using tools such as Data Loader. - Familiarity with the Einstein Platform services such as Analytics, Discovery, Prediction Builder, and Language.

  • Experience with Knowledge Management as well as CI/CD systems such as Copado. null
