We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, placing orders, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails promptly
Accurate data entry skills are VITAL for this position
Entering/Processing orders into systems
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
Familiarity with client services and sales techniques
Job Type: Potential Full Time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift, Monday-Friday
