Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business or a related field

  • 7 years of experience in marketing or a related field

  • 5 years of leadership experience

  • Experience creating market plans, product positioning and product training

  • Demonstrated ability leading teams through the design and implementation of successful marketing programs

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems and make complex decisions

  • Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in finance, financial technology (fintech) or a related industry

  • Graduate degree or equivalent competency in marketing, economics, business or a related field

  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, UI/UX, sales, training, client support or finance

  • Understanding of current and emerging product marketing strategies

Job Summary

As the Director of Product Marketing, you'll lead Go To Market marketing strategies and plans and serve as the organization's authority on product marketing. The role will deliver on marketing strategy, campaign development, channel management, data analysis and project management towards tactical and strategic success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategic planning, budgets and forecasts (includes annual and quarterly), collaborate with business leadership

  • Coordinate execution of Business To Consumer and Business to Business marketing channels, campaigns and programs to optimize and accelerate growth

  • Develop, maintain and inform product positioning and detailed briefs, outlining outlining RMC’s product value proposition, target audiences, tactical strategies, communication channels and success metrics

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to build a holistic and integrated Go-To-Market strategy and plan including Business To Consumer and Business to Business marketing channels.

  • Deliver on marketing plans through direct, indirect and partners; continuously optimizing to drive business goals.

  • Track marketing performance metrics across channels and teams driving senior leadership awareness and understanding of key growth and brand performance indicators

  • Identify risks and build mitigation strategies in partnership with marketing teams and leads.

  • Manage external stakeholder including vendor and agency partners to ensure execution of strategic and business objectives

  • Lead, develop and mentor direct and indirect marketing team members to develop them as product marketers and deliver results.
